Scotch Bonnet Red Pepper

There are many varieties of Scotch Bonnet peppers.  This one happens to be the red and seems to be the most mellow of them all. These have a great flavor that’s pretty sweet without the perfumy floral flavor.  I also have Scotch Bonnet Freeport Orange and Scotch Bonnet Yellow!
