This pineapple, unique to Hawaii, is grown year round — with low acid and high sugar content (brix) the fruit is high in carotene, giving it a bold, yellow-colored flesh.  It’s strong shell provides good handling and shipping protection for fruit harvested at maximum ripeness.  Select between 2 or 7 pineapples per case.
